Day 200: Splatypuses

For our 200th post, I give you the product of a 3:00am conversation wherein my husband decided that platypi are flammable. I do not remember the context of this chain of logic.

So, you know, don't keep your platypodes near exposed flames...

It's just a platypus. It doesn't do much.

(Unless, of course, it's wearing a hat.)

Perry is awesome.

While this may not be a hat-wielding super-spy platypus, male platypodes are venomous, and all platypuses can navigate by electrolocation (they can sense electric fields). They are pretty nifty creatures.

I saw this and thought it was a Psyduck at first. Then I thought to myself, "they are not flammable. Fire is not very effective."

No, this is just a regular platypode. You'll have to ask Nathaniel why they are weak to fire.
